This website and the Ownerside Home phone line are operated by Jump Laces LLC dba Ownerside Home ("Ownerside Home", "we", "us"). Ownerside Home is a DBA of Jump Laces LLC, a California limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

We only collect what you choose to give us when you contact us:

• Your name, company, phone number and email address
• Details about your home project or, for contractors, your trade, license number, service area and availability
• The content of your calls, texts and emails with us

Calls to our trade line are answered by an AI assistant run by a service provider on our behalf. Those calls are recorded and transcribed so we can follow up with you, and the assistant tells you this at the start of the call.

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.

• To introduce homeowners and licensed professionals to each other, only when both are a fit and with your agreement
• To keep records of our conversations and meet our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

We only text people who have contacted us or agreed on a call to receive texts, and our texts are about your project or your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us, or HELP for help.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Ownerside Home (for example our phone carrier, call answering, email and website hosting providers), under agreements that limit their use of it, and when the law requires it. When you ask us to, we pass your details to a homeowner or professional we are introducing you to.

We keep your information for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@ownersidehome.com. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them. We will not treat you differently for using them.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
